What is the $8 per listing for?
The $26/month workflow keeps every listing private. Your direct share links always work. The $8 is a one-off, opt-in charge per listing that features it publicly on filenest.co.nz: suburb pages, search, the map, the recently-sold rail, and Google. Pay it only on the listings you want discovered. You add it from the listing in your dashboard.
Where is my data hosted and who can see it?
Convex on AWS, ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). Only you and the people you explicitly invite can see your listings. Document access is logged for REA + Privacy Act compliance.
