Common questions
Do I need a credit card?
No. Founding members get 12 months of Pro free and everyone after them gets a 30-day trial, both with full access and no card. We ask for billing only if you choose to continue, and nothing is charged automatically.
What's included in Pro?
Unlimited listings and buyers. Every download tracked to the buyer and the document, instant alerts for you and your co-agents, the file pack emailed straight to each buyer, the vendor dashboard and lawyer portal, a document library, secure documents, just-sold emails and buyer list export. The $26/month is everything you need to run a listing privately.
What is the $8 per listing for?
The $26/month workflow keeps every listing private. Your direct share links always work. The $8 is a one-off, opt-in charge per listing that features it publicly on filenest.co.nz: suburb pages, search, the map, the recently-sold rail, and Google. Pay it only on the listings you want discovered. You add it from the listing in your dashboard.
Who can see my listings and buyers?
Only you and the people you invite. An agent sees their own listings, their team's, and any they have been added to as a co-agent, and nothing else. Every document access is logged against the listing for REA and Privacy Act compliance.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, and not as a cut-down version. What you see at your desk is what you see on your phone, so you can pull up a document or check who has registered in the middle of an open home.
Can my PA use it too?
Yes, at no extra cost. Add your PA, or the agents you work with, under Team. They sign in with their own email, see all of your listings, and get the same buyer alerts you do. Your PA can run your listings for you, including creating new ones on your behalf. To share a single listing with someone outside your team, add them as a co-agent on that listing.
Can I get my buyer list out?
Any time. Each listing has a one-click CSV export, plus a button that copies every buyer's email ready to paste into the BCC field.
What happens to the files once a property sells?
Archive the listing and it moves out of your working list. The files are removed 90 days later, with a reminder before they go, so we are not holding documents nobody needs. The record of who accessed what is kept.
